Unlike series or parallel, the Octopus charger charges each battery independent
of the other. That means the batteries with different states of charge can be
connected without concern of over or under charging.

The Octopus requires no battery expertise to operate. Simply connect the polarity
protected charge leads, and turn on the main power switch. The rest is left up to
the Octopus. It's circuitry electronically senses the condition of each battery
and charges it accordingly.

An LED is provided for each battery. Blinking indicates a fully charged battery.

The Octopus is safe. If the charge leads are connected reverse polarity to the
battery, the Octopus will not turn on. Even with the power switch ON, no power will
be detected in the clamps.

The Octopus is versatile. More than one set of clips may be connected to one battery,
increasing the charge rate. For example, two sets of clips on one battery would
increase the charge rate to 12 amps, three sets, 18 amps, and so forth. Any
combination of batteries and clips may be connected until the sixty amp potential
is reached.
